We all want that cosy feeling, don’t we? Efficient heating is part of the solution. How do you go from heating which doesn’t do the job to smart efficient heating?
At Jigsaw we take you through a step by step process. Why do we do this? We know that what works for one customer doesn’t necessarily work for another.
Here’s a typical customer experience, from initial enquiry through to installation and customer support.
The First Contact
You may be an educated shopper who already understands infrared heating. You might not. Our initial priority is to understand the property you live in and how you live in it. During our initial conversation of eMails we will ask you questions which allow us to understand your unique requirements.
We will encourage you to ask questions and we will fill in the gaps in your understanding of this style of heating.
If you don’t yet have the information, we will ask you to provide the measurements of the spaces you want to heat. We will need the width, height and length. Other information we’ll ask you for will be:
- How is your home insulated?
- Do you have double glazing?
- How is your home currently heated?
- How many windows are in the space(s) you want to heat?
- Are there outside walls in each space?
The Initial Specification
Once we have the information we need we’ll be able to consider an initial efficient heating specification for you. At this point we understand the basics of your property and the way you like to enjoy your comfort. We know the construction of the property and the dimensions of the spaces you want to heat.
We will produce an indicative specification and price for you.
If you’re installing yourself, then it’s over to you. Assuming you’ve given us al the correct details and double checked your installation requirements (power, available space etc. etc.) you can order with confidence.
The Installation Specification Visit
If we’re doing the installation for you, we need to visit to confirm all the details. We’ll be looking at the following:
The construction of your property
The fuse board and wiring
Location of the heaters
Following the installation specification visit we will provide you with a detailed supply and installation quote.
We’ll arrange a convenient day(s) for the installation and we’ll arrive when we say we’re going to.
Your new efficient heating will be commissioned before we leave and we’ll show you how to use it.
The Follow Up
After the installation and after you’ve had time to get used to your new heating, we’ll contact you. We want to make sure you’re happy, that you know how to get the best out of your heating and that you don’t have any questions.
Finally, if you’ve not done so already, we’ll invite you to leave a review of your experience.
Our aim is to ensure that we have the correct information to be able to specify the correct heating for you.
We want you to feel informed and looked after from your initial enquiry through installation and beyond.
